Though I *have* heard of this, and have been counting on it, I too have never recieved a SP in the mail.

I had the additional problem that my registation address was missing the Apt# and had the wrong postal code, but I have been told that these are now fixed up at MS. At that time I was also told that the SP1 was "on the way", yet it has not arrived.

MS clearly has real trouble in this area. They must have used VB or Access to develop the apps which track this stuff.
