Actually, it's not surprising in the least, considering that it's releasing variables at all levels of the call stack, clobbering objects all over creation, closing tables, removing user-defined menus and windows, as well as shutting down any DECLARE...DLLs in effect, with no way of knowing the exact sequence of events. I'd be more surprised if it didn't cause problems some of the time!
