What is your job title? Were you hired to do only VFP? Garrett also pointed out that it can get much lower.....in my company, if they suddenly wanted to go out and hire VFP people (In Tallahassee FL), I would think that they'd be hiring in the $35K to $65K.......

OTOH, if we were hiring systems architects or DBAs who just happened to be VFP proficient, the range would be, probably, $50K to $90K.....and project managers would be in the $70-100K range. Soooo...hint, hint.....
