Search the web for "4print" by Korenthal Associates. I used the old DOS version a couple of years ago. I think they made a Win version. It's a simple utility that might not support OLE or DDE.

>We have system generated booklets. I would suggest that you use the word processor of choice to create the booklet. Hopefully the company has standardized their word processor. If you use Word, create the booklet with OLE. If you use WordPerfect, I would suggest using DDE (Dynamic Data Exchange) and OLE is problematic with WP.
