There are multiple versions of the dll out there. Make sure you have the latest. If you issue a version command and get 1.0 that's the problem. You need 1.1 for most advanced features such as importance, and delivernow etc. Unfortunately, 1.1 is only available by buying the MS Exchange Server ($2000) or the MSKB Developers subscription (to get the full win32 sdk) ($500).
