Since the StoneField Toolkit DBCXMgr has a private datasession. As a result, it doesn't "see" any open databases open on other datasession. Here is the example to set your database:

e.g.
open database test.dbc
goApp.ometa.Setdatabase(dbc())
goApp.ometa.oSDTMgr.Repair('ALL')
