When I run the report to preview or print, one of my global memory variables that my system uses changes to the numeric value of zero when originally it was a logical value. If I do a DISPLAY MEMORY, it is always the 29th variable which changes (regardless of what the variable actually is). The only way I have found to resolve this behavior is to delete all the variables in the report(if I delete them and then put them back, the behavior returns).

First guess is the the variable name is reserved or in use by the FP Report Writer. Try renaming the variables to a consistent format; for example gcVar1, gcVar2,... This may help pinpoint the problem. Do U call any functions from within the report form. One of these function may be changing the values of some of your parameters. Do U really need that many variables? How about dropping them into a cursor as a potential work-around. It is a strange one.... htwh Steve
