You probably need to be more specific. If it's an MS-Windows font (one which comes with default Windows installation) there's no need, every Windows user has the font. If it comes with VFP or another MS commercial product, quite possibly you can't distribute it, check the license agreement. If you downloaded it from MS' web site, check the readme.txt or licence agreement which came with it for distribution policy.
I suggest you only incorporate Windows "standard" fonts in any app you're going to distribute, unless you make an app for a specific client who requests that you use a font which they own. If you can't be sure all the machines you're distributing your app to will have the font outside of your installation, you're in for headaches.
