If you believe it would be simple, why not write it and charge your attorney for it. Or, refer him to somebody who can write the app. No offense, but even if I had such an app, I would not to give it up for free. After all, this *is* the business we are in. Certainly, I would advise folks to *not* give ones work/intellectual property away. Free advice is one thing. Free apps....please, do not get me started...:)
