Hi,
I've had the same problem - guess it is just another bug. Solution :
Don't use a summary band. Instead, create an extra grouping level, on an expression that is the same for all the records in the report. Put your summary information in the footer of this group. It will only print once, at the end of the report, and the page footer will be printed as it should.
