>We have an existing client with a custom FoxPro system that is beginning to do business by taking orders that are auto E-Mailed from his web site. You know, where someone places an order on his web page and the web page sends him an e-mail of the info. His business consists of taking orders and having installers in the field install his product and then remove it a month or so later. His business consists of taking orders (98% by phone now) and having installers in the field install his product and then remove it a month or so later. He would also like to begin auto e-mailing his installers the list of work to do each day plus be able to e-mail the customer a conformation that the work has been done. The volume is in the order of several hundered orders or more a day.

I do this now with registrations that come over the Web. When a person registers their info is collected and then emailed to my bosses for approval. I do this with Outlook and a VFP table. The registration data is received and then a routine stores the data in a VFP table called sendmail. The table has a flag that indicates that mail needs to be sent. I have a program that will process this table every 15 minutes and read the registration data sending mail to management and adding the registered user to my contacts folder in outlook. It has been working well for several months now.
