This probably means SET DELETE ON kept the rowsource of the combobox from being Rushmore optimized because there was no TAG on DELETED() for the rowsource. If you give that table a TAG on DELETED(), Rushmore will be better able to optimize populating the combobox, therefore the combobox will respond better.
