OK, I'll try to keep it down. BUT... MS claims to monitor UT closely and take things seriously. Since I've tried every other avenue I can think of, my thought was that, while this stuff *is* a PITA, other people agreeing/acknowledging, even in the somewhat back-handed way you just have, just might convince *THEM* that there is a serious problem here deserving remedy.

What good is the world's greatest application language if the supporting documentation doesn't tell it straight and well?
