It sounds like you have the table open more than once? Check the DataSession property of this form to see if it is Private. Another good way to see exactly what is going on, is SET STEP ON in the add method where you are experiencing this problem. With the debugger active, type SET in the command window. This will let you see your active data environment and check which tables you currently have open.
