You'll also need to look into any places where you manipulate dates as strings. For example, if you wanted to calculate a date one year from today you might have converted the date to a string, added one to the year then converted it back to a date. If you only used 2 digits for the year you'll run into a problem.

There's a tool that simulates VFPs SET CENTURY ROLLOVER. Go to http://www.netlib.com/ and look for information on Y2KFox.

>This may be a little elementary for this forum but we have a couple of Foxpro2.6 and Foxbase applications and are concerned about Y2K. What would be the main areas to focus? I have been told to Set Century On and change date fields to the appropriate length. Is that all there is to it?
