No, you don't need the Pointers.ocx control. The NumberConversion class is independent from the Pointers class and the Pointers ActiveX control. It's just the fact that I developed it initially for the Pointers class and it remained in the Pointers.vcx file. You can take it out from that vcx and copy it to a new vcx file.
