As far as I'm concerned, I develop applications faster than I did with Clipper or Pascal or C.
Anyway, what is a development environment to you might well be RAD to the marketing people at M$...
About "Designed for W95", altough you're right and they're wrong, they can always claim that they said "You can develop 32bit apps with VFP5" and not specific "Designed..."
