On the help, under Contents, look for the VBA reference. It is an option on the installation to include this file. If it is not installed, the help will tell you how to install it so you can access it through the help menu. From here you can read details on the OL97 object model.

Also, at the Microsoft site, search for file "frmshelp.exe". Once you download and run, it will add an item to the OL97 help menu, entitled "Forms Help". It has additional examples on the object model.
