Thanks, but no joy. With just a basic program file & using CREATEOBJECT to generate the form & the AddObject to add the object I get the same results. VFP seems to be ignoring the 3rd parameter of AddObject &/or the OLEClass property - I have tried changing the spelling of each (to something totally invalid), with no effect - no error generated & the icon displayed & OLEClass set to "Package".

>Try the same WITHOUT using the form wizard. I have heard of problems modifying forms which were created with wizard.
