The only working and relatively easy way, I found was to use EXCEL for printing in the background.
Try to use createobject, fill in the lines of texts in an excel spreadsheet, format the cells in a sideway-layout and print the whole thing under EXCEL.

All this can be done without anything to see on the screen. It works fine but its not the fastest solution to Your problem. If You need more information feel free to tell me.
