I have on peer-to-peer networks. Not on other network topologies. But this is why I shy away from integer, sequential keys: I may not know how the client intends to run the application. Please note that I'm not disagreeing with you or Erik on general principles, just have had some very bad times with certain topologies outside of the scope of VFP.
