I am starting a project which needs to "talk" with serial devices on a manufacturing line. In the past, I have used CommTools for Visual FoxPro, and I really like the product. However, since this is one of my first VB apps, I would like to get some opinions of some experienced VB programmers to get the name of some other products to compare against. I do know I do not want to use MSCOMM. Any input would be appreciated.
