I appreciate everyone's suggestions to my previous
plea for assistance with email in VFP.

However, the only success I've had is thru MAPI
and Outlook and with CREATEOBJECT("Outlook.Application")

While I was able to to send and receive email, the
only messages handled were those that Outlook was
already aware of, ie in the Inbox or Outbox.

So what I really need is to be able to fetch and send
internet email independent of any other application like
Outlook, Exchange, MS Mail, etc.

I would like to be able to work with email soley in code.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
