If your relation is "one to many", and you want ALL child records to show up in the detail, you need a SET SKIP TO {childtable} command on the parent table, for each child table.
This way, though, you will get redundant data from the parent table (repeated for each child record), unless you specify "Don't print repeated values" for those fields.
