I have been experiencing slow and sporadic printing using both a hp4V, and 5SI from vfp 5.     The problem seems to happen on several different report forms, but not all.  Where i do have problems, a 4SI printer, seems to handle it fine.  I know that in some cases we have bmp images on the report form.  But the image is very small, and does not seem to measurably slow down the 4si.  Other report forms do not have any bmps, but still prints very slow on the 5SI, and 4V.  When i say it prints slowly, i mean it may print 2 or 3, then pretty much pause for a second or 2, then print several more, and pause again.  I have searched high and low for any sort of acknowledgement of this problem on both HP, and MS's web sites, but have found no mention in either place.  Additionally, i have downloaded the most recent drivers for the respective printers. Printing locally, or over a network does not impact this
