I know this is kids stuff but I just started using DBCs.

I have table A in database B.
How do I:
1. Copy table A to database C and retain things like long field names etc.
2. Copy table A to a free table which does not support long names.
3. Copy table A, structure and indexes, to table D in the same database B.
