One I use is PROGRAM() and it will return something like this

FRMMAINTUSER.PGFUSER.PAGE1._OPTIONGROUP1.INIT

And I think each Object in a container object has a property called "Parent"

You could reference that until you counld not find the property that you would be in the main container ie the Form.
