Customer calls saying his vfp program (.exe) file was working for him for the past two months. He purchased a new Okidata Laser printer and everytime he went into the program it locked up windows requiring a recycle of power.

Two days later another call from another customer - same problem but with a Okidata dot matrix.

In both cases I had the users add a second printer (HP4 for the laser and Epson for the dot-matrix) and haven't had a problem since. (Yes I know about he HP issue but I'm using the =fpreset() call with success.)

Went back and put the Okidatas back in and both froze windows!

Anyone else having similar problems?
