Yes. I have a document at
http://www.west-wind.com/articles.htmthat discusses using ADSI for adminstering IIS. It includes some examples how
to access ADSI structures. In order to access NT users etc you have to install
the ADSI extensions for NT - it'll be built in Win2000, but until then
it's an add-on which is not well documented at all. Particularily the
layout of the various keys and collections is not currently documented in
detail.
