Aside from VFP's COPY FILE command, there are API calls, and the incredibly versatile WSH Scripting.FileSystemObject, which has some truly remarkable methods for copying and moving files and folders programmatically. I'd look into Scripting.FileSystemObject for any serious work, whcih is documented in detail in MSDN.
