It would be very helpful to also switch VFP and Windoze on the fly as well. Any thoughts? (Is this possible?) I realize the VFP5ENU.DLL would need to be 'replaced' somehow (how?? :) but I'm unclear on what to do about Windows.

I've done this before. You can localize VFP on the fly, not Windows. Steven Black's INTL Toolkit will be of great help (http://www.stevenblack.com/).

There is a magazine out that specializes in software internationalization (seen at Barnes and Noble), see if you can find it.
