VFP 5.0 Win95

Fixed a bug in my program. Rebuilt it. Redistributed it. Same old bug. New .exe had not been distributed, even though setup had completed without error. Erased dkcontrol.dbf, and redistributed. Same. Erased original installed exe. Redistributed. Old .exe was distributed. Erased entire distrib\compress directory.
redistributed, and *new* exe was finally there.

Appears as if recompression does not occur sometimes
Anyone else seen this ?
