In addition to what Barabara has said, there are two errors that your error handling system cannot hanlde, Out of memory and Do nesting too deep. The former leaves no memory to call your routine and the latter leaes no DO level to execute your routine. In either of these situations you cannot be sure what the error reported by VFP will be.
