Thanks for verifying my sanity (I need that sometimes).
Hopefully, MS will correct it in the future; for now, I just set the widths in code and move on...

>All I can tell you is that you are not crazy, the same thing is happening to me. I used a builder to set the widths. They are absolutely fine, and no run-time code touches them. Yet, when the form runs, BANG, they are at that 'Default' width. I've triple-checked my code and I'm doing nothing at run-time. At design mode they are fine, and run-time they are different.
