I want to give my users access to the standard options that appear in the View menu when you are modifying a report. Before the modify report I am issuing a SET SYSMENU TO _MSM_VIEW. From the command window this works great, but when I am running from an exe the View menu is there but has nothing under it.

The 2 options in the View menu that I am most interested in are: 'Grid Lines' and 'Show Position', neither of which I can figure out how to do myself without using the built in behaviour from the View menu.
