I remember, doesn't NetLib have a function to return all the printers available to the user? Does it also have a function to return an array of printers on
the network? I have NetLib at work, but I will not be there until tomorrow (Tuesday).

be able to provide the API code to do this for you.

Mark, yes we are using a Novell network and yes the users will print to their assigned printer regardless of where they are physically situated.

NetLib does have a function to return a list of print queues which are available to a network user, but there is a gap between which print queues are available (an administrative issue for the network administrator) and which print drivers are loaded locally on a workstation. (some might argue a user issue)

I will check into the WIN.INI solution, although I've heard from some people that the application will take a performance hit with this method.

Thanks Mark.
