As Edward says, you will lose info. But at times you may not have many rules, etc. for a table, but you can keep long names and a few other attributes. In this case do an AFIELDS from table in DBC1 to an array, then a Create Table From Array in DBC2, and then an Append From table in DBC1, and go back and delete table in DBC1.
