Well, windows without title bars are pretty non-standard in Windows. Could explain why this behavior hasn't been noticed much. Almost surprising VFP has a TitleBar property allowing you to set it to none. Seems like an "included for backward compatibility" with FPW, which allowed many non-Windows-standard things (including half-height and missing title-bars).

Can't wait to see if this gets acknowledged as a bug and fixed ...
