I am only reporting what occured. Program worked find until Okidata was added to the program. Both work fine now using another driver. I appreciate the suggestions and will look into these ideas if necessary. Fortunately, I setup my software with the intent they could have multiple printers to print labels and reports on different types of printers. They can use a different driver for my software and something else for all of windows. I'll keep your ideas in mind.
