Ian, check that windows is using the printer driver that matches your NEC. For example, if you developed the report on a computer with another printer set as the default printer, the report will use THAT printer driver on every machine. To eliminate this problem, open the report as a table (USE MyReport.FRX) and empty the EXPR, TAG and TAG2 fields for the FIRST record only.
