Eric, you should also be aware of the sys( 2015) command. This command returns a unique 10 character string starting with an underscore. Some applications I've seen remove the underscore and then use the string as a fieldname or indexname etc. This is fine at present because the string starts with a character, but later in the year the string generated starts with digits.
