I don't have a form for you, but I can recommend something to get you started. Open the data environment on the form you are working on. Click on the table you want to build a grid for and drag it to the form. This will create a grid for you. You can then use that grid to "play with." Also, try right clicking on the grid and selecting "Builder." This will also allow you to try some different settings.
