Steve,
If you have VFP 5.0 (pre version 5.0a), then this may be an old bug.
Are you printing with 'REPORT MyReport TO PRINTER PROMPT' ? If so, then this could be the catch: you need to set printer first and then print without the prompt:

SET PRINTER TO (GETPRINTER())
REPORT FORM MyReport TO PRINTER

Again, this is only with versions prior to 5.0a (if I remember correctly).
