First a reassurance. Fox 2.6 tables can go up to 2.0 Gb before the limit is reached.
>2. Converting to VFP.
Despite the reassurance that the tables aren't getting too big very soon, there are a lot of features in VFP that FPW didn't have, therefore many good reasons to convert to it. But converting (or rewriting) a system with that many prgs and scxs will take a helluva long time. (Months.) Well, let me qualify that. Converting and running in VFP could go quickly if you don't try to use a lot of VFP's new features right away. But then the reason for converting sort of goes away.
