That's one of the best reasons to stay with a job. If you switch away from a job because you're sick of dealing with that company's bullsh*, you know what you find? Another company has different bullsh*. (Maybe a little less, but they'll still have it.)
Liking the people you work with, and mutual respect for one another (of course you can't like someone you don't respect or who doesn't respect you) are very important to liking a job!
