The problem continues:

By making the substitution I mentioned, I can get the routine to run. However, if you do this at the command window:

loProject = .NULL.
? TestC5(@loProject)
? TestC5(@loProject)
loProject.Close

BANG! C5 error.

This means I can't accidentally run the open twice. But of course the purpose of the code is to be able to run it at any time, its supposed to open the project if not already open.
