I looked at what Bob asked earlier and it all appeared to follow what the manual states and the class did?

I am abandoning this micro test and starting over with a more meaty version.

Something is not firing / loading and I don't have the patience to continue looking for it, at it , and not seeing it.

Ive been doing server related work this morning and will take the afternoon to redefine the scope.
