Now we can't have it both ways, can we???? On the one hand you've told me that MS monitors UT closely and on the other you're saying to send a note.

Now *if* MS monitors closely, then surely this title will catch their eye! If it doesn't then what good is that "monitoring"???

Sounds a little like "belt and suspenders" - overkill for most situations.
