NO.
Non VFP apps dont't have this prob. (don't know about VB)

It's something strange.
Run the apps on the primairy screen and it works perfect.
Drag the running app to the seconsary screen and you can no longer click any button with the mouse. Pressing keys still works fine.

Maybe a prob. for Microsoft ??
