Sorry, no. I suspect that you could use a credit card for payment. The materials are copyrighted, so we can't post the articles or related source code here without the author's permission. Maybe there's something here on UT on Outlook AUtomation; I haven't searched the Knowledge Base for references.

You might try investigating the object model for Outlook using the Object Browser in VB or VC.
